Privacy Notice:

We take your privacy very seriously.  HPP Enterprises commits to guard your privacy. 

1.  We will not sell or rent your personal information to any 3rd parties or agencies.
2.  We transmit your information only to the extent necessary to render our services and provide your shipment.

Transactional Security:

Our site and servers are secured with encryption.  No credit card data is ever stored in our shopping cart, on our server, or in our database, and is securely passed at time of purchase through our secured merchant provider gateway. 

Terms of Service:

1.  HPP Enterprises is not responsible for catalog listing errors, pricing errors, or typographical errors.  Many listing errors occur on 3rd party marketplaces where a product is erroneously matched to a different product or listing.  This is beyond our control and we are not liable for these transactions.  In the event of a listing error, we will gladly issue a full refund.  In addition, we will prepay return shipping charges and waive all restocking fees.  Our sales transactions are based on the Merchant SKU we list to sell, and not the Product Title, Image, Price, or Listing Details that may be added by 3rd Parties beyond the control of HPP Enterprises.

2.  LTL/Freight charges are non-refundable for any reason.

3.  HPP reserves the right to refuse returns if Manufacturer of product requires customer service and returns to be processed through them directly.
