We ship our items from various warehouses distributed across the United States to insure quick delivery to your destination. Our inventory updates throughout the day; however, it is possible that items may be out stock in our warehouse prior to the most recent inventory updates.
All in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Regular Ground orders typically ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US Postal Service. Express deliveries will ship via FedEx or UPS.
Some items may require additional handling or freight (LTL - "less than truckload") charges that our shopping cart may not account for. If this is the case, you will be contacted with the option to pay the additional freight fees required. Most large appliances (refrigerators, freezers, etc), any TV 46" or larger, or any Plasma TV, and projection screens typically are required to ship via freight delivery.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Upon receipt of your request, we will issue a RA# (Return Authorization Number).
Do not return items without a RA#. If an item is returned without a RA#, it could be returned to sender. Delays will occur in processing all non-authorized returns.

All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included. Please do not discard original packing/materials until you are certain you are keeping the product. In most cases we are unable to return products to our suppliers or manufacturers if the original packaging is not available.
